A super simple way to get your daily dose of pumpkin!

1 Cup Oatmeal�
1 Cup Coconut or Almond Milk
4 Chopped Dates
1/2 Apple Peeled & chopped (or 1/3 cup applesauce)
1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree/Cooked Pumpkin
Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger & Allspice - spice to your liking

Simmer on Medium Low for 5-10 Minutes
Top with 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
